General Description:

Oversee patient enrollment at assigned investigator sites and interact with the sites to resolve protocol questions.
Travel to investigative sites on a periodic basis to ensure medical records, regulatory files and source documents are correct.
Interact with the Project Manager and Sponsor to inform them of site progress and study issues.
Review new protocols and assist with new project proposals.
Obtain ongoing training on FDA regulations and industry practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited school, or equivalent work experience and certification.
At least 2-3 years of previous CRA experience a must, cardiology experience a plus.
A clear understanding of the regulatory, ethical and drug safety reporting requirements for clinical trials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in standard Microsoft computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
